康樂及文化事務處《贏在起跑線》"Win at the Starting Line"

琦琦是個好勝的女孩，當她收到未如理想的測驗卷後，便頭也不回地跑到附近的小山丘。在那裡她遇到一位擁有不同獎牌和獎項的老伯伯。老伯伯帶琦琦到一個很特別的競賽場，體驗非一般的比試，還教授她『贏在起跑線』的攻略。最後，琦琦卻發現老伯伯身上的獎項有着不平凡的意義！

Keikei is an aggressive girl. After she receives an unsatisfactory test result, she runs straight to a hill nearby. There she meets an old man with all sorts of medals and awards. The old man takes Keikei to a special competition area to have some unusual competitions. He also teaches her the tips to "win at the starting line"… In the end, Keikei realizes the awards owned by the old man have extraordinary meaning!
